Valley Pacific’s Print Shop department has been developed to maintain, manage, and implement Valley Pacific’s brand standards, reputation, and quality in output, marketing, and image. This includes but is not limited to all building signage, company vehicles, branded truck and trailers, bobtails, & flatbeds, apparel, and literature maintaining both Valley Pacific Brand Guidelines and Regulatory Compliance. We are innovative, fast-paced, and always ready to learn new and improved processes and equipment. We maintain the highest quality standards and are a resource for all departments in determining the best course of action for all their marketing and imaging needs whether produced in-house or outsourced.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities to include but not limited to:

• Perform large format print production.
• finishing on signs and banners including laminating, mounting to substrate, trimming, grommeting, and cutting.
• Perform quality assurance measures by accurately reading and interpreting work orders including proofing for errors or unacceptable finishing standards (wrinkles, loose grommets, etc.)
• Work with Corporate Identity Specialist as last line of defense for ensuring all output is in compliance with Valley Pacific’s Corporate & Affiliated Brand Guidelines.
• Maintain a high level of product quality and craftsmanship.
• Product completion, including lamination, packaging, shipments, deliveries, and follow up with our customers.
• Installation of final products, including assistance with truck wraps, building sign installation, indoor installations, and affixing decals.
• Building and site surveys (requires traveling, measuring, site visits).
• Maintain company-wide apparel information.
• Maintain company wide building and site information.
• Continual and ongoing training required for all equipment maintenance.
• Perform daily/weekly/monthly/annual maintenance for all Print Shop equipment and keep accurate logs of maintenance schedules and processes.

Position Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience working in a sign shop.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Personable, problem-solver and self-motivated
• Good verbal, phone, written and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Able to lift 50 pounds.

Experience Advantages

• Working with large format printers.
• Knowledge on sign shop equipment, such as, heat presses, laminators, wrap tools, etc.
